寄送樣品時, 製作樣品發票, 一則為通關需要, 二則為收費依據, 三則為保留記錄供日後查詢.

製作樣品發票, 除了文件本身外, 會產生樣品費記錄, 可列印各客戶之 Debit Note. 客戶交付樣品費時, 可予以沖銷.

Item No....Description...Labels...	The list shows items that you have planned to have labels printed. Every sample invoice items need to be processed here before they can be printed to custom-formatted labels. Not all invoice items need to be processed.
Add	Item No. Invoice items available for processing. Processed items won't show. Pick up an item that you plan to have labels printed. One item per adding operation. Sequence No. This entity is smpldet.dat-based and comes with above item. Price Price will first be copied from sample invoice. You can change it. Currency Currency is also from sample invoice. Unit Unit, too. Terms Sample invoice currently does not have this field. A new field. Port Sample invoice currently does not have this field. A new field. Supplier No. The number of supplier that provides this item this time. Labels needed The freshly-copied number is the quantity of sample invoice item. This number specifies the actual labels to be printed for the item. Adjust if necessary. Purpose Select one, if any. List is pre-set in system code ET811-C0398-PURPOSES. Remarks Select one, if any. List is pre-set in system code ET811-C0398-REMARKS. Text1... Any text that you want to attach to the label content of this item. You have to specifically select this entity in formats and parameters. Add All Instead of doing it one item by one item, you can have all remaining items processed in one batch. Values of fields in the current dialog will be used for all items, if such values are needed.
Modify	Modify the extension fields of the processed item.
Remove	Remove the extension fields of an item. Once removed, a sample invoice item will return to its unprocessed status.

Upper List
Format...Date format...	Each format represents a label style. You have set up as many formats as you like to suit different needs.
Add	Format code Each format should have a unique code. Description The description should be able to help you select the appropriate format to use during a label print session. Date format yyyy-mm-dd: 2013-12-17 mm/dd/yyyy: 12/17/2013 mm/dd/yy: 12/17/13 dd/mm/yyyy: 17/12/2013 yyyy.mm.dd: 2013.12.17 Month dd, yyyy: December 17, 2013 Mon dd, yyyy: Dec 17, 2013 (Always 3 letters for month) yyyymmdd: 20131217 Double format The format applies automatically to Torus ET6.1 table fields only. Float format The format applies automatically to Torus ET6.1 table fields only. Long format The format applies automatically to Torus ET6.1 table fields only. Integer format The format applies automatically to Torus ET6.1 table fields only.
Modify	Modify a format.
Remove	Remove a format.
Copy to	To copy an existing format to another format. That is, you should at least have two formats, one non-empty and the other empty or otherwise.
Export	Use this function to export a format settings to a file. The file can be archived or copied to another Torus ET6.1 system. We use this export function to generate template files for customers.
Import	Import a format settings from a file.
Lower List
Sequence...Code...	A label (i.e., a format) may consist of many entities. An entity can be a section of text, a block of text, an image, a primitive geometric diagram, a bar code, or others. You set up all these entities so that they, when combined, print to a desired label. Entities are printed in the order of
Add	Print sequence Print sequences determine the order by which parameter entities are printed. The sequences are inconsequential for entities with non-zero Y values. It is advised that images be printed first if text would be overlaid on them. Code The code list contains a pre-defined entities available for sample invoice labels. Each label parameter needs a code that specifies the source and nature of the parameter. The list cannot be changed, but the list members can be freely, repeatedly used. X (mm) The horizontal position relative to last print position. Y (mm) The vertical position relative to last print position, Cx (mm) The width of an image. In case of text, if Cx > 0, it specifies the width allowed, where longer text will be wrapped. If Cx = 0, no wrapping will be applied. Cy (mm) The height of an image or a geometric diagram. No effect on text. Text This text will printed prior to the actual content, with a space in between. After position Position after printing a label parameter. 0. Label origin: moves back to label origin. 1. x start, y start: no change. Print position moves back to starting position after printing a parameter. 2. x start, y end: print position moves vertically to new position. No horizontal change. 3. x end, y start: print position moves horizontally to new position. No vertical change. 4. x end, y end: print position moves both horizontally and vertically to new position. After offset X Applies to after position above. Fine-tunes horizontal position for next label parameter. Negative values allowed. After offset Y Applies to after position above. Fine-tunes vertical position for next label parameter. Negative values allowed. Font Use the button to the right of Face Name field to choose a font and related information. Text align Left, center, right.

50. Topbath Labels

To set up, first copy program key to the long name field of system code ET811-TOPBATHLABEL. Secondly, use system codes ET811-C0398-PURPOSES and ET811-C0398-REMARKS to define sentences used for purpose and remark selections. Both are custom extensions for label contents.
