20. Memo Master Schedule Listing

以一張 memo master (invoice) 為一個單元的報表, 可快速看到客戶, 結關日等資訊.

Data range 先選擇底下擷取資料方式, 再設定對應的資料範圍. 雖然任何選擇都可產生所要結果, 適當的選擇會大大加快速度.
Retrieve data using 1. Customs closing date; 2. Invoice No.; 3. Invoice date; 4. ETA.
Data ordered by 1. Customs closing date; 2. Invoice No.; 3. Invoice date; 4. ETA.
Filter Filter field: customer no.; customer order no.; customer address; short mark.
Show port of loading, etc. 　

21. Memo Item Schedule Listing

將一張或多張 shipment memo 所有 item 彙合的報表.

Data range 先選擇底下擷取資料方式, 再設定對應的資料範圍. 雖然任何選擇都可產生所要結果, 適當的選擇會大大加快速度.

22. Invoice Status List

Data range 　
Retrieve data using (1) Invoice no., (2) invoice date + invoice no., (3) customer no. + invoice no., (4) S/C no. + invoice no., (5) ETA + invoice no.
Data ordered by (1) Invoice no., (2) invoice date + invoice no., (3) customer no. + invoice no., (4) S/C no. + invoice no., (5) ETA + invoice no.
Specify status Invoice 若有 document statuses, 列印時所有 statuses 都會列出. Specify status 時, 若 invoice statuses 不包含指定 status, invoice 不會列出.
Negate 否定上述設定, 即不包含指定 status. 這個可以用於顯示没有某種 status 的 invoices.
Show invoices with L/C only 如字面意思, 只顯示有 L/C 的 invoices. 這種限制性用法以後會陸續加入.
　 　

30. Invoice Data Dump

This function performs a join between the MEMOMAS table file (invoice master) and the MEMODET table file (invoice details). In a normalized relational database design, related tables usually try to avoid redundant duplicate fields. This saves space and enhances the integrity of table data, at the expense of the convenience of looking up all data in a single table. Join is necessary when you want to look across two or more tables.

You can freely choose the fields that you want to present in a single Excel worksheet from both memomas and memodet. The data dump in the worksheet will be a great start to further analyses and applications.

Data range Refers to invoices (from MEMOMAS). All items in every invoice will be dumped.
Invoice fields Fields of MEMOMAS that you can select to export.
Invoice item fields Fields of MEMODET that you can select to export.
Change (to truncate)... For some long fields, you can reduce the sizes before adding to your selections.
